RETURNS POLICY

  • Refunds are only issued for items that are deemed faulty
  • If your item is not faulty, you may choose between a store credit or an exchange for another item of equal value
  • All return requests must be made within 7 Days of Delivery 

If your item is faulty:

  • We will happily replace the item if it is in stock
  • If a replacement is not available, a refund will be issued (excluding original shipping costs) via your original payment method

 

Please note:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • We strongly recommend keeping your tracking number and adding insurance, as NALA + WILD is not responsible of lost, stolen, or damaged return parcels

 

EXCHANGE POLICY

  • Exchanges must be requested within 7 Days of Delivery
  • Items must be returned in original condition:
    • Unworn
    • Unwashed
    • Undamaged
    • Original packaging 
    • Tags attached

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept exchanges on:

  • Earrings
  • Lingerie (bras, underwear)
  • Swimwear

Please note:

  • All exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • Customer must retain their tracking number. We are not liable for lost, damaged, or stolen parcels

SALE ITEMS

  • All sale items are FINAL SALE
  • No returns, exchanges, or refunds will be accepted unless the item is faulty
  • This includes all promotional periods and sale events
